1Acceptance of Terms

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, and winnings therein.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jl460 promotions include:

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jl460, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jl460 support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14Amendments to These Terms

jl460 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl460 will notify registered members by posting a prominent notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your account.
